Jacey Eckhart, MA, ICF ACC

Jacey Eckhart is a nationally recognized executive career coach and transition strategist who helps transitioning leaders make clear, confident moves into what comes next. For more than seven years, she has taught more than 35,000 veterans, military spouses, new college graduates, federal executives, military leaders, and high-stakes decision makers through complex career transitions—often from positions of authority into entirely new civilian roles.

Clients come to Jacey when the stakes are high and the path forward feels unclear. Her work is grounded in deep listening, rigorous analysis, and practical strategy. She helps jobseekers clarify what they truly want, understand how the market sees them, and create the materials they need to get the interviews they want.

The result is not just a new job—but a career move that fits.

As the founder of SeniorMilitaryTransition.com, Jacey serves as a trusted advisor to military leaders and executives navigating reinvention.

Before launching her private practice, Jacey led large-scale career development initiatives at Military.com, where she served as Director of Veteran and Spouse Employment Programming and Transition Master Coach. There, she designed and scaled a nationwide career development platform reaching millions, built dozens of masterclasses, trained corporate recruiters, and coached leaders at every stage of transition. That experience informs her coaching today—combining strategic vision with a deep understanding of how hiring decisions actually get made.

Jacey is known for her ability to balance rigor with warmth. She brings structure without rigidity, challenge without judgment, and candor without ego. In addition to one-on-one executive coaching, she is an experienced facilitator, speaker coach, and leadership educator, having worked with Navy flag officers, SES officials, and senior enlisted leaders.

She holds an MA in Sociology with a military concentration from George Mason University and a BA from Old Dominion University. Her professional credentials include ICF-ACC, Hogan Certification, ASTD, and PARWCC. She is a graduate of Georgetown University’s Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching. She is a graduate of Harvard University’s National Preparedness Leadership Initiative, with advanced training in meta-leadership, conflict resolution, and leadership communication.

Above all, Jacey helps jobseekers open doors to their next leadership opportunity—at any stage in their career.
