Military Transition Coach

Finding any job isn’t the problem for those retiring from military service. Finding the right job, with the right pay, at the right time is the problem. According to the research, 30% of officers leave their first job following military service within one year because they find the job meaningless, unchallenging or tedious. In her work with more than 700 new veterans both officer and enlisted, Jacey has learned how to help military officers get an accurate picture of their true market value and find the job they truly want. In her four part coaching series, she works one on one with new veterans to identify their career themes and best paths with concrete examples, step by step instructions and specific recommendations.
